Slow food for Milan's fast-paced

Milan, Italy's capital of style, offers locals and visitors alike a wide range of delicious and stylish eateries. One of the most recent additions is the boldly refreshing God Save The Food. The restaurant marries California-design aesthetics with global farm to table attributes in a menu that equally draws from its Italian roots as well as new American comfort food. Set in a spacious loft, God Save the Food, also features a gourmet mini-market for inspired Milanese chefs on the go. Conceptualized as a meeting space, GSTF also features a variety of events, including tastings. Famous Florentine Chef Marco Stabile recently stopped by to share some of his recipes.
